Don McLean was recently arrested charged with misdemeanor domestic violence after an incident on Monday (July 24) in his home in Maine. He agreed to a huge fine and the promise to behave himself over the next year as part of his agreement.
“Bluer Than Blue” was a big hit for Michael Johnson in 1978 hit; reaching #12 on the charts. We saddened to say that Michael passed away after a long illness on July 25th.
Elvis Presley’s white piano, the one currently sitting in Graceland, was auctioned off fetching millions of dollars with a majority of the money going towards the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
Fleetwood Mac has earned yet another distinction, learning that they will be honored as MusiCares “Person of the Year” by the Grammy folks. You may have heard that the band has committed themselves to recording another album with Lindsey and Christine adding more concert dates through the fall.
