The animated family favorite Coco, shown in just under 4,000 theaters, continues to lead the box office bonanza with just under $5 million for the weekend, and over 125 million since it’s opening 17 weeks ago.
Justice League inspired over $3 million, shown in 3,500 venues across the USA. The Julia Philips film Wonder, working in approximately 3,500 venues, earned just under $3 million for the weekend thus far. The dark adventure film Thor: Ragnarok, shown in just over 3,000 theaters, $2 million+, but has a total take of nearly $300 internationally.
Murder on the Orient Express in 3,200 houses, Daddy’s Home in 3,400 theaters, and the film Lady Bird working in only 1,200 venues, round out the top movies that grossed big bucks this weekend.
