Although the ‘Roseanne’ debacle has caused the nation to have deep conversations about race, the actual show cancellation has left the hundreds of working staff and production folks in the employment lurch. We are awaiting word over the next few days about the ABC rumors that there would be a “Roseanne” spinoff centered around Sara Gilbert’s character Darlene. We will keep you posted.
Sadly, Kate Spade’s apparent suicide details, including revelations from her suicide note are consuming New Yorkers and Hollywood well-wishers. Kate was found in her New York City apartment Tuesday with note by her side – telling her 13-year-old daughter that it wasn’t her fault.
In what may be the most prestigious honor of her illustrious career, Oprah has been given her own ‘Oprah’ portion or exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington DC. She’s calling it the highest honor of her life.
