The regular season of the NFL is complete so that means the majority of the teams in the league know their position in the draft. This is a huge event for many teams as this is where their future is won or lost. Let’s break down what we do know about this year’s draft…
The Cleveland Browns will have the first pick in the draft for another year in the row. After becoming the second team to go winless during a regular season, they will be selecting first. After that, we’ll be seeing the New York Giants picking second, which is odd considering their success over the past few seasons. Following the Giants are the Colts, who suffered mightily from not having Andrew Luck all season long. The Browns, through a trade with Houston, have the fourth pick and the Denver Broncos will be rounding out the top five.
Two teams picking in the top 10 that is a surprise to many are the Tampa Bay Bucs who are picking seventh and the Oakland Raiders who will be selecting 10th. Let’s take a look at the picks we do know right now…
