Tina Turner’s Next Autobiography In the Works

You would have to admit that the 80s and early 90s were dominated by Tina Turner, hitting the charts with incredible songs like “What’s Love Got to Do With It,” “The Best,” “We Don’t Need Another Hero,” and “You’d Better Be Good to Me.” For the last decade she’s been living abroad, but we may see back in the states promoting a new autobiography in the works.

Tina wrote her first memoir ‘Tina’ in 1986 but must have more on her mind. The new book ‘Tina Turner: My Love Story’ is expected to be released in the fall of 2018, and fans can’t wait to hear more of her deepest thoughts. Here are three things you may not have known about Tina…

We may think of her as an overnight success as a solo artist, but her first two LPs were dreadful, selling very few copies.

Tina has the record for playing in front of the largest live crowd ever; 184,000 concert fans at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In 2013 she relinquished her American citizenship and chose to be a citizen of Switzerland.
