According to news.yahoo.com, The Cure has recently shared a previously unreleased demo version of “Cut,” that will appear on the deluxe edition of their ninth album titled, Wish, that is set to drop on November 25th.The Cure will be releasing a 30th anniversary deluxe edition of 1992’s Wish. The reissue will include 24 previously unreleased tracks. With Frontman, Robert Smith quoted in saying, “Cut was about a longstanding relationship I had that was suddenly and unexpectedly starting to fracture.” The demo version of the song is around half the length of the six-minute long album released version, and has a much more laid back sort of vibe to the song. Wish was the ninth album to be released by The Cure and was released on April 21st, 1992 by Fiction Records in the United Kingdom and Elektra Records in the United States. The album ended up being the most commercially successful album for the band, debuting at Number one in the UK and Number two in the U.S..
