According to The Hollywood Reporter, after almost three months of teasing, Taylor Swift has released her latest song “Carolina”. The song, originally written for the films soundtrack, Where the Crawdads Sing, has been anticipated for some time now. Before it’s release, the song was being heard in pieces from fans as they watched various trailers for the film. Some lyrics that have been teased in trailers include ones such as, “There are places I will never, ever go,” she goes onto sing, “Things that only Carolina knows.” Swift first made mention of the song back in March when in an Instagram post she stated, “Where the Crawdads Sing is a book I got absolutely lost in when I read it years ago, As soon as I heard there was a film in the works starring the incredible @daisyedgarjones and produced by the brilliant @reesewitherspoon, I knew I wanted to be a part of it from the musical side.” The song is available now on Taylor Swift’s YouTube Vevo Channel for fans to listen to.
