Taylor Swift’s album ‘Reputation’ has yet to drop, but has already sold nearly a half a million copies, making it one of the highest selling ‘pre-sale’ of all-time. Although the album isn’t available until this Friday, fans felt like they had to put their order in to make sure they had the LP in hands.
Pre-ordering is relatively new with the advent of the internet, and includes pre-orders from the online sites of Amazon, Walmart, iTunes, Target and Taylor’s own website. This massive pre-order of this particular album doubles what fans pre-ordered in 2014, and it’s hard to believe any album could raise this much interest before it’s released.
Taylor has already released four singles from the album, including “Look What You Made Me Do” and “Call It What You Want” which just hit the airwaves last week.
