Starbucks’ Pistachio Latte and Meatless Mondays are back for a Limited Time this Winter

As we bid a fond farewell to the Starbucks Holiday Drink menu and Fall’s Pumpkin Spice Latte, the Seattle based coffee giant has made sure we have more to look forward to in the new year. On Tuesday, the company announced the return of its Pistachio Latte at participating U.S. and Canada locations for a limited time this winter.

Starbucks also is bringing back Meatless Mondays with a promotion on the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich throughout January as well as its Starbucks Tribute Blend, which was first released in 2011.

The Pistachio Latte debuted last January at locations nationwide and was inspired by a beverage that first launched at Starbucks Reserve Roasteries.

It is made with espresso and steamed milk combined with a sauce made with real pistachios and a salted, brown, buttery topping. It can be ordered hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino, while supplies last.
