Shia LaBeouf Arrested at Protest

Early Thursday morning Shia LaBeouf was arrested on misdemeanor charges after protesting President Trump in Queens, New York. This occurred at a livestream art installation after LaBeouf was seen getting into a verbal altercation with a man and then eventually police officer. He was charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment.

This livestream art project that LaBeouf performed is a part of a much bigger project, which he has titled “He Divide Us.” He is currently working with two others to put this all together.

LaBeouf was clearly upset throughout the protest, using expletives and yelling at times. At one point, the crowd was heard chanting “He will not divide us.” Early Thursday morning he was seen on camera being handcuffed by the police and then taken away.

This is not a surprising event to hear about considering his past troubles with the law.
