#SheeranShorts Give A Sneak Peek Into Ed Sheeran’s Upcoming Album

Despite having recently tested positive for COVID-19, Ed Sheeran hasn’t let anything stop him from hyping up the end-of-the-week release of his newest album titled “=.”

The singer-songwriter teamed up with YouTube to produce 14 shorts—one for each song of Sheeran’s fifth album—to preview both the sound and the vibe of what’s new to come from the chart-topping artist. Each clip is about 20 seconds or less, featuring an eclectic spread of scenes representing the album’s tracklist.

“I had a really fun day shooting my YouTube Shorts,” Sheeran expressed in a statement about the project. “I’ve always really enjoyed the music video process, so it was fun to explore a new way of doing that by channeling each song’s theme in a unique way, while also giving you a sneak peek of the album!”

Fans are also encouraged to create their own #SheeranShorts by using the sound from any of Sheeran’s clips.

“=” is set to release this Friday, October 29th.
