Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a Supreme. No, not like Diana, Mary and Flo of Detroit’s ‘The Supremes,’ rather Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a Supreme Court Justice of the United States. The Notorious ‘RBG’ as she’s known, is about to be the subject of a documentary that will chronicle her historic life and accomplishments, making its debut at the upcoming Sundance Film Festival.
Ruth is 85 and celebrating her 25th year on the Supreme Court, promising to outlast her current President which she disdains. She became known in the early 70s wither work with the Women’s Rights Project at the American Civil Liberties Union, becoming a champion for women’s rights for decades. Ruth spoke at the Sundance Festival this week, sharing her own #MeToo story and thoughts on her health and future of women in America.
