“Jet Airliner” was a catch simply song from Steve Miller from his “Book of Dreams” album in 1977, but was written by Paul Pena, folk singer that was blind. Paul had very little success as a performer, but by the grace of God was bestowed all the royalties from the Steve Miller song. Here are a few more rock and roll odd moments…

In August of 1964, the Beatles fresh from their invasion and appearance on the Ed Sullivan show that February, ran into Bob Dylan backstage at San Francisco where Bob asked the Fab Four if they wanted to smoke a double. It had been years since they had, so they all light up. Paul McCartney asked a friend to write everything that was said down on paper; many believe five songs in future albums came from that party.
