The 2016 BRIT Awards occurred on Wednesday and it was quite the site. The stars were everywhere at the O2 Arena in London.
Three different rockers/rock bands really represented themselves well at the BRIT Award show and they are James Bay, Coldplay, and Tame Impala. Each won an award on the night.
James Bay took home the British Male Solo Artist award, conceivably the biggest award of the night for a male. Coldplay followed up a great performance at the halftime show of the big NFL game with a win at the awards, the British Group award. Finally, Tame Impala won the International Group Award. As we all know, the band is from Australia and their recent album “Currents” was a driving force of why they won.
