According to TMZ, Rick Ross no longer has to worry about charges of assault and kidnapping because a deal has been reached. Reportedly, he pleaded no contest for his aggravated assault charges as well as the charges against him for possession of marijuana, pointing a pistol at someone and kidnapping charges.
Ross also pleaded no contest to charges against him for battery and possession of marijuana. For all of this, he will be serving probation lasting five years. Possession of drugs/alcohol and firearm would be a violation of his probation. It is worth noting that he spent a week in jail before this deal was reached.
