Power Rankings, a Big Trade and More in Your NFL Roundup

The NFL season is five weeks in and yet there’s always something to talk about within the sport. Just this week we see that with a big trade as well as other items that have found the newswire. Let’s get to it…

Adrian Peterson signed on with the Saints this offseason but unfortunately, things haven’t worked out well for both parties. With that being the case, the Saints have traded him to the Arizona Cardinals for a conditional pick in next year’s NFL Draft. What an interesting move it is, but not all that surprising considering the weird start to the season for him.

Everyone has been talking about the protests made by NFL players and the words coming out from the President as well as fans and coaches. Well, the NFL is going to be holding a meeting next week to talk about this very topic.

ESPN has released their power rankings for week 6 and there really should be no surprise as to who is number one. The 5-0 Chiefs hold that honor while the Green Bay Packers come in at number two with a 4-1 record. Rounding out the top three is last year’s NFC Champion, the Atlanta Falcons. Who ranks dead last? Well, that would be the 0-5 Cleveland Browns.
