This week’s Artist 100 chart is out and while the number one spot isn’t held down by a hip-hop or R&B artist, number two is! That artist in the second position is Post Malone to no one’s surprise. He is tearing up the charts and owning the radio this month. He was sitting at number two last week as well.
Other hip-hop and R&B artists inside the top 10 include Kids See Ghosts, Drake, Cardi B and Kanye West (last week’s number one). Typically we see a ton of our favorites inside the top 25, but there’s a lot of great music out from so many different genres right now. The only other artists inside the top 25 that fit into hip-hop and R&B are Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, Juice WRLD, Kendrick Lamar, and Migos.
