Packers, Steelers, Seahawks and Texans Move On

The NFL’s wild card round is complete and the results weren’t too surprising. We saw the home team win each game, which meant the better seed won each game this past weekend. Here’s how it all went down…

The Texans won the game of the backup quarterback with the Texans using great defense and timely scoring to take down the Raiders 27-14. Those Texans defenders just don’t miss any tackles!

The Seahawks beat the Lions 26-6 Saturday night in a game that was closer than the score indicates. It was only 10-6 going into the fourth quarter before Doug Baldwin had a big fourth quarter.

The Steelers beat the Dolphins 30-12 in a game dominated by Le’Veon Bell and Antonio Brown. Each had two touchdowns and over 100 yards. Big Ben got hurt towards the end of the game, but should be fine to play next week against the Chiefs.

The Packers started slow, but used a huge final four minutes of the second quarter to push themselves over the Giants. They completed a miraculous Hail Mary to end the second quarter with Randall Cobb catching three passes starting with the one to end the first half.
