Ozzy Osbourne is ‘Deeply Nervous’ About Returning to TV

Ozzy Osbourne is going to be starring in an upcoming BBC reality series called Home to Roost, however, he recently admitted to being “deeply nervous” about his return. The show will be in ten parts and will focus on Osbourne and his family as they attempt to settle into life in rural Buckinghamshire, England. Last year Osbourne stated, “I don’t want to die in America.”

Previously, the family was featured on The Osbournes, which premiered on MTV in 2002 and was one of the network’s most successful programs. According to Osbourne, “There is rock ‘n’ roll fame, which is pretty intense, but that Osbourne level was just unbelievable, The kids paid for it. They all ended up doing drugs. Jack got clean and sober on that show, Kelly messed up on that show, I was messed up and Sharon got cancer.”

The show helped to launch a career for Sharon, who after the show had a talk show, served as a judge on The X Factor, and appeared on many other programs.

Osbourne added that he disliked the idea of allowing cameras to once again follow his family, bu this wife convinced him. He stated, “I said, ‘We are not having all that again,’ But she said it is only for a bit. It gave Sharon a new career. She has become the television person in our family. “
