We are nearing completion of the NFL season and there are only three games left before it is complete. Next weekend we will see the Falcons host the Packers and the Patriots face off at home against the Steelers. The games will surely be great!
The Atlanta Falcons looked mighty impressive against the Seahawks on Saturday, putting up 36 points in a game that was never really close after halftime.
The Patriots covered the spread and beat the Houston Texans 34-16, but it didn’t always look like New England would win handily. It took some big plays in the second half for them to pull away from the Texans.
The Dallas and Green Bay game was an instant classic. Aaron Rodgers had a big game throwing for 356 passing yards and two touchdowns. Dak Prescott had a great game as well throwing for 302 passing yards and two touchdowns. Ultimately it came down to a long Mason Crosby field goal with seconds left that put the Packers ahead 34-31.
The Pittsburgh Steelers won a scrappy game against the Kansas City Chiefs late last night, generating zero touchdowns but still winning the game 18-16. The Chiefs looked like they tied it up before a penalty negated the two-point conversion. They couldn’t stop the Steelers with almost no time remaining and lost a tough one.
