Day two of the Las Vegas art and music festival, Life is Beautiful, was on Saturday, September 21st. The day was filled with tons surprises from pop up performances to artists full on no showing. Not to mention crowds of people getting a visit from Mr. Las Vegas himself.
The Black Keys were slated as the main stage headliner. Sporting tacky souvenir visors, the rockers wanted to kick the kitsch up a notch by bringing out Mr. Las Vegas Wayne Newton to close out their set with “Lonely Boy.” What preceded that moment was a solid hour of rock excellence in support of their 2019 reemergence after five years.
For those who may not know, Carson Wayne Newton is an American singer and entertainer. One of the best-known entertainers in Las Vegas, Nevada, he is known by the nicknames The Midnight Idol, Mr. Las Vegas and Mr. Entertainment.
