Morrissey just gave a look into his upcoming album, with a song titled, “Rebels Without Applause.” The track is produced by Andrew Watt and features Chad Smith on drums and Josh Klinghoffer on guitar, percussion, and keys.
The timing of the release is odd as Morrissey said earlier this month that his upcoming album Bonfire of Teenagers would not be released in February. Instead saying that, “Its fate is exclusively in the hands of Capitol Records [Los Angeles].” The record will also feature appearances from Miley Cyrus and Iggy Pop.
Just last week, Morrissey canceled a couple of shows for his current tour due to “band illness,” but it is set to resume once again starting today in Washington, D.C.
