Monday’s Music Headlines

It’s Monday, so we need to get you the Monday Music New headlines. Hey lets be careful out there and get through the week without incident.

Prince recently announced that he will be on tour, but did not tell anyone where he’ll be playing. Said differently he’s being very coy about dates, and not using paper tickets. Concert goers will have to buy online and redeem at the door using certified ID to get in.

Jackson Browne has a busy touring schedule in 2016, targeting New York the early part of this week, then a west coast swing of Carmel, Bakersfield, Santa Rosa, and Reno in April.

Have you ever wanted to sing like Christina Aguilera? Now you can purchase singing classes for under $100, taught by Christina herself on video.

Taylor Swift attended and served as maid of honor at her best friend’s wedding in Pennsylvania a while ago, and when the wedding band started to perform her song “Shake it off,” she ran on stage and sang it. We did not see that coming.

Birthdays this week include Jonathan Cain and Neil Schon from Journey (one day apart), Cindy Wilson from the B52s, and Jerry Fisher from Blood Sweat & Tears.
