According to rttnews.com, Metallica had released an animated lyric video for Master Of puppets, the title track of their 1986 album. The lyric video was created by the U.K. deign agency ILoveDust, and features flying guitars, puppet strings, and plenty of crosses. The lyric video has come as a result of the song being featured in Netflix’s Stranger Things Season 4 Finale. The scene features character Eddie Munsun, playing Master Of Puppets as he looks to defeat a demon named Vecna. The scene became so popular that Metallica released a video of themselves playing along with the scene. According to an Instagram post made by Metallica, “The way The Duffer Brothers [the show’s directors] have incorporated music into Stranger Things has always been next level, so we were beyond psyched for them to not only include ‘Master Of Puppets’ in the show, but to have such a pivotal scene built around it, We were all stoked to see the final result and when we did we were totally blown away… it’s so extremely well done, so much so, that some folks were able to guess the song just by seeing a few seconds of Joseph Quinn’s hands in the trailer! How crazy cool is that?”
