Megan Thee Stallion Reveals New Foundation on 27th Birthday: “My Family Raised Me to Help Others”

Megan Thee Stallion celebrated her 27th birthday yesterday with the launch of the Pete and Thomas Foundation, a non-profit organization that generates awareness around campaigns and programmatic activities.

According to a press release, the foundation–named after the rapper’s parents, Holly Thomas and Joseph Pete Jr.–will focus primarily on providing scholarships and school supplies, housing for individuals impacted by financial emergencies and natural disasters, and supporting cancer care, mental health, and food insecurity.

“Launching the Pete and Thomas Foundation is easily one of the most significant endeavors that I’ll ever be part of in my career,” Megan said. “My family raised me to help others and give back, so I’m incredibly proud to be in a position to accomplish that goal. I have a responsibility to use my platform to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who may not have access to resources and support services.”

In addition to the Pete and Thomas Foundation launch, Megan has also surprised a senior citizen, a student, and a cancer survivor with financial assistance.
