Madonna may be the material girl who gets her way at every turn, but a New York judge has now gelling her that she has to leave her fellow residents of an Upper West side co-op alone – or else. Gerald Lebovits Manhattan Supreme Court Justice has ruled that she must adhere to a previous ruling. Said differently, her family and staff could only be there if she were also in residence, and couldn’t be there on their own.
Madonna had been trying to obtain records from the board even after she lost a ruling her that required her to be physically present in her multi-million apartment when her family or staff were also there. The feud had been lasting more than four years, but now the judge has ruled.
