‘Live from Daryl’s House’ is Coming Back This Fall

Hall and Oates proved to be the most successful 70s duo in music, generating so much interest that the two have been touring lately. Daryl has had a solo project for television called ‘Live from Daryl’s House’ that was a hit with television and music fans over these past few years. We now hear that the show will be back for a few more episodes this fall.

‘Live from Daryl’s House’ began as an online concert series in 2007, then picked up by MTV until it rested in 2016. The show featured contemporary artists playing Hall and Oates songs live on the set, with the guest performing a few of their hits as well. Earlier guests on the ‘Live from Daryl’s House’ included Todd Rundgren, Cheap Trick, Joe Walsh, ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, Kenny Loggins and Smokey Robinson. In all, 82 episodes were created, but we’re not sure how many new episodes will be featured in this reprisal, expected to be distributed this fall.
