Lebron and Cavs Sweep the Hawks

The NBA Playoffs are still chugging along and one team has yet to encounter any real issues this playoff season. The Cleveland Cavaliers have yet to really struggle to close the series out. Yes, the Cavs have played a few tight games, but even then they handled adversity quite well in the eight games they’ve played.

In total, the Cavs have won their eight games in the playoffs by a total of 84 points. They have won five of the games by double digits and basically beat the Hawks in game two of the series by the end of the second quarter.

The big performers for Cleveland include Lebron James (24/9/8 against the Hawks), Kevin Love (19/13/3), and Kyrie Irving (21/2/6). One surprise performer was Channing Frye who was the jolt of energy off the bench that helped them come back from a double-digit deficit. He scored 27 points in that game three win.

The Cavs will be resting until likely this upcoming weekend awaiting the Heat and Raptors to close out their series. Currently, Toronto is up 2-1 in the series.
