KIND Bars now make Cereal

The KIND bar/snack company is known for its wholesome multi-grain bars that pack in the nuts and chocolate. The brand first expanded on the original idea and started offering energy bars, protein bars, fruit bars, KIND bars for kids, and more. But that’s not all! KIND recently unveiled oatmeal in four flavors, and now we’ll need an extra bowl for the new KIND cereal.

There are four KIND cereal flavors, and they were all inspired by its nut bar ingredients that you know in love. You have your choice between Dark Chocolate Almond, Apple Cinnamon, Honey Almond, and Cranberry Almond. They’re all gluten-free and contain 5 or 6 grams of protein per serving.

  • Dark Chocolate Almond Cereal: almonds, dark chocolate, and cocoa and super grain flakes (made with oats, sorghum, quinoa, and amaranth)
  • Apple Cinnamon Cereal: cinnamon apples, pumpkin seeds, and super grain flakes (made with oats, sorghum, quinoa, and amaranth)
  • Honey Almond Cereal: almonds, toasted coconut, and super grain flakes (made with oats, sorghum, quinoa, and amaranth)
  • Cranberry Almond Cereal: almonds, cranberries, and super grain flakes (made with oats sorghum, quinoa, and amaranth)

The KIND cereal isn’t listed on its website yet (that’s how you know it’s brand-new), but the flavors are on Walmart’s website. Each 15-ounce box is $6.98. (Yikes, but that’s what it’ll cost if you want to eat cereal made with four super grains.)

With so many cereals having nutrition labels that look like they’re for dessert, leave it to KIND to take the more wholesome route. Better make sure you have plenty of milk (or non-dairy plant-based milk alternatives) in your refrigerator!
