Kerry Washington is the star of the show Scandal and just recently announced that ABC would be picking up a seventh season of the show. Now, rumors are being thrown around that the seventh season will be its last! This is awful news, but also great because Shonda Rhimes has said in the past that she knows exactly how she wants the show to end.
Washington’s greatest success has come from Scandal, so we’re sad to see the show go if these rumors are true. This show should push her into bigger things in the future though because of her abilities she’s shown in this show.
Be sure to watch Scandal this season on ABC as it does look like it’s going to be the last for Washington and the rest of the show’s cast!
