In what was a round to remember, Jordan Spieth won the British Open Sunday afternoon. He couldn’t have played any worse on the front nine, but reminded us all of his amazing talent on the back nine with great shot after great shot.
Spieth played a very odd round, really struggling to hit the fairways, but was near perfect as he approached the green. At one points he even sunk a 50-footer for an eagle!
All round long he was pushed by Matt Kuchar, but unfortunately for Kuchar he couldn’t find enough birdies on the back nine to make a comeback. Spieth won the British Open with a score of -12. Kuchar would end up finishing at -9.
