James Taylor is an American treasure, having recorded and toured for over 40 years. In addition, James has earned Grammys, Billboard and Presidential Medal of Freedom awards along the way. James Taylor was actually born in New York City before his family moved to North Carolina. He also has the dark honor of having Mark David Chapman run into him the day before John Lennon’s murder, where Chapman asked him how to get a hold of Lennon. Think about that; the man that would assassinate John Lennon bumped into James Taylor the nighe before the murder to ask how he could find John. Tames of course was mum and ignored the man.
James will still be on the road through the remainder of the year, so take a look at his remaining tour dates and be sure to make plans to enjoy the show.
