It’s been said that it’s always better to be above ground rather than below it, and believe it or not, the following rockers are either in the 70s and or at the doorstep of 75 this year.
Paul McCartney is 75 this year, as is Beach Boy Brian Wilson. Mike Nesmith of the Monkees is 75 this year, Sly Stone, Bob Dylan turns 76 this year, Rod Stewart is 73, as is Roger Daltrey. Charlie Watts is 76 this year, while Mick and Keith of The Rolling Stones are 74 and counting. Oh, Bill Wyman is 76, while rock contemporary Jerry Lewis is 76. Willie Nelson is 85 this year, and Yoko Ono is also 85.
