“Heaven” by Marc Jacobs features another Roster of “It” Pop Culture Stars

At this point, starring in a campaign for Heaven by Marc Jacobs is a rite of passage for any “It” pop culture star. The Gen-Z-targeted label has tapped everyone from nostalgic celebs like Pamela Anderson and Kyle MacLachlan to internet phenomenons like Bhad Bhabie and even the murderous doll/robot M3gan.

“From suburban alienation to day-glo euphoria, Heaven by Marc Jacobs draws upon the multifaceted impulses of the characters who have made up the Marc Jacobs universe for the past 30 years. Launched in September 2020, its muses span icons, cult heroes and disruptors,” the brand said in a new press release.

As Fashionista reports, the brand’s latest marketing masterclass is its Spring 2024 campaign starring four of this generation’s most beloved disruptors in the music industry — Solange, Ice Spice, Hayley Williams and Grimes.

Wearing designs made in collaboration with Mimi Wade, Sandy Liang and Dilara Findikoglu — just to name a few — each star was photographed by Zamar Velez in various dreamy, moody scenery. Solange is seen in front of a fence above a highway, while Ice Spice holds what is certain to be the most coveted item from the new collection — a Sandy Liang-designed bag with a bow top handle — amid a blue haze in an abandoned lot. 

Williams poses in a retro, heart-shaped hot tub wearing a number of looks, including a white zip-up hoodie, an all-yellow, doodle-covered ensemble with the brand’s best-selling Kiki boots and a Heaven logo baby ringer-style tee. Grimes is the most photographed of the bunch, wearing seven outfits in a slew of images.
