Gwen Stefani’s Top Tunes

When Gwen Stefani goes out to dinner, she sits next to People Magazines ‘Sexiest Man Alive,’ country music star Blake Shelton, you know she’s having fun. Recently Gwen traveled to Oklahoma for the Thanksgiving break; how different is this new life compared to her earlier rock and roll journey? Here are (in our opinion) her best tunes…

Gwen spent years as the lead singer of the pop group ‘No Doubt,’ earning the fame and fortune she deserved. As the lead singer of No Doubt, “It’s My Life,” “Just a Girl,” and “Spiderwebs” were the band’s top tunes. As a solo artist, she hit the charts with “Hollaback Girl” a single from her debut LP in 2004. “Hollaback Girl” was nominated for a few Grammy’s: Best Female Pop Vocal, and Record of the Year.

“The Sweet Escape” featuring Akon was a chart-busting song from her second album, while “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” with Eve opened a lot of doors for Gwen in 2001. The music video earned the 2001 MTV award for Eve in the category of “Best Female Video.” Gwen was only too happy to return the favor in 2004, recording “Rich Girl” featuring Eve.
