Primavera Sound is a music festival being held on June 2 that Frank Ocean was supposed to perform at, but it has come out that he will not be doing so this year. The event is held in Barcelona and from the sound of it, he won’t be heading there in a few days.
Primavera Sound did release a comment saying that Ocean will not be coming to the festival because of delays in production. They also said that he has apologized for his inability to perform.
If there is any good news involving this situation it is that they are allowing refunds for anyone that bought tickets for that day alone.
