Forbes’ List of Highest Paid Musicians in 2016

Recently, Forbes released a list that we found very interesting. Want to take a look? Here’s the list of Forbes Magazine’s listing of the top 10 highest paid musicians this past year.

Jimmy Buffett has a blast driving over $40 million in concert revenue.

Sir Elton John accumulated $42 million in ticket sales.

The Foo Fighters had a great year earning $49 million in concert sales.

U2 and The Weekend each earned $55 million touring the country.

Former Beatle Paul McCartney dove just over $55 million in ticket sales.

Bruce Springsteen wrote a book this year and earned over $56 million in tours.

The Rolling Stones maximized their efforts by raising $66 million with only 27 shows.

AC/DC earned $67+ million while swapping out their lead singer mid-tour.

Taylor Swift led all musicians with $170 in concert revenues, while Adele, One Direction, Madonna, and Rihanna driving over $100 million in tour money. Forbes Magazine collected data from June 2015 to June 2016 for its earnings report.
