Fall Out Boy is prepping for what we’re sure is going to be an electric performance at the Reading and Leeds Festivals, but they’re not content with a typical festival weekend. They’ve released a surprise EP in the wee hours of the night! It happened midnight between Wednesday and Thursday and the release is titled “Lake Effect Kid.”
The band let everyone know on Wednesday that it was coming with a tweet that said, “Forever a lake effect kid. New EP dropping tonight at midnight ET to celebrate our biggest homecoming yet.” The album has three tracks and can be streamed online. Give it a listen and let us know what you think!
