Erin Andrews’ Tough Battle to the Top

Erin Andrews has had a tough few years. While at the top of her game she made a move to Fox Sports from ESPN, battled a peeping tom during a Nashville trip a few years ago and now reveals she was diagnosed with cervical cancer in the fall of 2016.

Erin was born in Lewiston, ME in 1978, daughter to mother Paula a teacher, and father Steven a popular TV journalist. Erin graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 and began her television career at Fox Sports Florida as a reporter. Her big break came in 2004, as she was hired by ESPN to be a reporter for the show ‘ESPN National Hockey Night,’ making her bones with additional assignments as a reporter for college baseball, college football and eventually MLB.

As a marque personality on Fox Sports, Erin’s contributions included becoming a guest host of Fox College Football Kickoff and Fox College Saturday, big accomplishments for a broadcaster.

Erin lives in Los Angeles, and in 2016 became engaged to professional hockey player Jarret Stoll.
