Deep Purple’s Infinite Coming Soon

If you’re a Deep Purple fan (and who isn’t), we’ve learned that the boys in the band have been working on a new album titled ‘Infinite’ due in April, and have brought in the heavy guns to ensure this albums’ success. Bob Ezrin, the famous music producer for KISS, Alice Cooper and Pink Floyd will be in the studio working on this new album.

Deep Purple has been around since 1968 and we can’t thank them enough for their contributions with songs like “My Woman from Tokyo,” “Smoke on the Water” and of course “Highway Star.”

Deep Purple’s music has stood the test of time during a bevy of lineup changes, and sadly keyboardist and founding member John Douglas Lord has joined that Rock and Roll band in Heaven. Tommy Bolin has as well, tragically passing away before he was 30. Ritchie Blackmore left the group, and went on to have a successful solo career.

Deep Purple has been nominated three times for the rock and Roll Hall of Fame, most recently in 2015 – and without logical explanation has yet to get the call for the Hall.
