The Hollywood Reporter released their Top Comedians chart for the week and to no one’s surprise, Amy Schumer finds herself on it. She hasn’t been a mainstay on the chart, but she more often than not finds herself inside the top 10 more weeks than not. For better or worse, she’s always being talked about on social media!
This week she sits at number nine on the chart after being off of it last week. She’s the only female inside the top 10, a feat that she should be celebrating. It’s not often that a female comedian is successful and she’s proven that she is extremely talented over the past few years.
So, who is sitting at number one? Well, that would be Kevin Hart, followed by D.L. Hughley and Ricky Gervais. Will we see Schumer continue her rise up the chart next week? We’re thinking yes, but we’ll have to wait to find out!
