Alan Parsons began his journey in rock as a studio producer and session musician eventually lured in front of the microphones for a few memorable albums. His songs “Eye of the Sky,” “Don’t Answer Me,” and “Time” drove big album sales in the 70s, proving he was more than a producer. Now his first LP ‘The Secret’ is set to be released in early 2019.
Did you know that his influence in rock began with either producing or engineering the Beatles ‘Abbey Road’ and ‘Let It Be’ followed by Ambrosia’s debut LP, then Pink Floyd’s ‘Dark Side of the Moon?” He also lent his talents to the Hollies and Al Stewart in the mid-70s and early 80s.
