APA Signs Sublime with Rome

Sublime with Rome has signed with APA for worldwide representation, it was announced today. The group that includes Sublime co-founder and bassist Eric Wilson and vocalist and guitarist Rome Ramirez, who joined the newly reformed band in 2009, 13 years after the death of Sublime’s original singer Bradley Nowell.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Sublime with Rome again,” commented Lassiter, svp partner and head of concerts at APA Nashville. “The upcoming third album and tour are going to be amazing, and we’re all so excited to be a part of this next chapter in their extraordinary journey.”

The band was welcomed to the agency by Steve Lassiter, Andy Somers, and Heath Baumhor. The reggae, ska and punk band is playing a number of festivals this summer including One Cali Love Fest in their hometown of Long Beach, California on February 10th and the Days on the Green festival April 20th. The band is also planning a spring tour around their third album Blessings, set for release in June. Last month the band released the song “Spiderweb,” a follow-up to the “Wicked Heart” which they dropped in December.

“We are stoked to be back at APA where we started many years ago, as the saying goes it’s ALWAYS great to go home!” the band said in a statement.
