Just when Justin Bieber fans thought that the rumors about him were dying down new ones popped up! First, he had already gotten married according to some and now he is planning on becoming an American citizen. Rumor has it that dual citizenship is in his future! This would be an interesting move and one that would allow him to vote for public office, not including President and VP. He really has been a resident of the United States for quite some time considering he’s been all over and has lived in Atlanta and Los Angeles since the age of 13. For those that may not know, Bieber was born in Ontario, Canada.
