Music produce and media mogul Quincy Jones influenced nearly all the stars in pop music from the 60s, 70s, and beyond. Now Netflix is set to release a new documentary about Quincy called ‘Quincy’ September 21st and the world can’t wait to see the film. The film will be directed by highly accomplished filmmaker Alan Hicks and daughter Rashida Jones, and it’s going to pull back the curtains on one of music’s greatest career.
Quincy Jones is one of a handful of artists or stars to earn an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony; a feat know in the industry as the ‘EGOT.’ How successful is Quincy? He’s the most Grammy-nominated artist of all time, winning 27 time with 79 nominations.
