The Polar Music Prize is probably not an award that you’ve been paying attention to in recent years but you better pay attention now. One of our favorite bands, Metallica, is going to be given this award when it is awarded on June 14! This award has been given out for 27 years and is done so in Sweden, so it can be seen on television there.
The guys are all excited about the award they are going to be given, we think because it shows how far their popularity extends. To win a Swedish award is pretty amazing if you think about it.
