Garth Becomes ‘Live Music Hall of Fame’ First Inductee

There’s probably nothing Garth Brooks hasn’t done, nor honor he has yet to receive, but the advent of Garth after a 16-year hiatus has opened the door for an honor he hadn’t contemplated; Garth Brooks is the first inductee into the brand new Pollstar’s ‘Live Music Hall of Fame.’

What does a six-time CMA Entertainer of the Year think of this new honor? He’s blown away, to put it mildly. The Pollstar’s ‘Live Music Hall of Fame’ is an arm of the music business that focuses and honors those that have had significant contributions to touring, or appearances in live music. The organization held its annual convention in Los Angeles.

The Pollstar organization celebrated the recent three-year tour which generated over six million tickets being sold, making Garth and his tour the biggest ever by a solo artist.
