Rick Springfield has done it all; he’s won a Grammy, appeared on Broadway and earned a Tony nomination in his illustrious career. We now hear that Rick is releasing his new album called ‘The Snake King’ which will primarily be a blues album. You may remember that Rick released ‘Rocket Science’ in 2016, but this LP will demonstrate his talents in blues.
From “Jessie’s Girl” to “I’ve Done Everything for You,” the man could crank out hit records. Rick was also a heartthrob character on the 80s soap ‘General Hospital,’ starring as Dr. Noah Drake. One of Rick’s biggest contributions may be his sharing his own story of depression and attempted suicides in his early days, comforting those that are afflicted with the same disease. Rick is now 68 and looking forward to making a difference in his words and music.
