Who Is Likely to Change Teams During These Winter Meetings

The Winter Meetings have heated up and it’s this time of the year is almost as fun as the regular season for baseball fans. Teams are making moves to unload money, make themselves better now, or make themselves better in the future. Chase Headley was just traded to the Padres on Tuesday but who else could be moved before the week is over?

Billy Hamilton is a name being thrown around quite a bit. One of the fastest, if not the fastest players in the MLB may not be a Reds outfielder for much longer. The Giants are reportedly interested in him.

Manny Machado, the star infielder for Baltimore, may be donning a new jersey come next season. Rumor has it that he’s not being shopped by the Orioles, but moving him could be huge for their minor league system.

Finally, Carlos Gonzalez might finally be on a new team in 2018. The Rockies outfielder has been a part of trade rumors for a few seasons now and rumor has it he could land in San Francisco, Kansas City, Toronto or Tampa Bay if the price is right.
