Recapping Sunday’s NFL Action

The NFL season is here! We have only two games remaining in week one, but plenty of action took place on Sunday. We had many upsets, tight games, and even a few blowouts. Let’s take a look at the highlights of week one’s action so far…

The Falcons had to make a near goal line stop to beat the Bears on Sunday afternoon. They won by six and the game really was as tight as it looked. No one Falcons player stood out, but Austin Hooper did have a huge 88-yard touchdown in the second half that helped them land the win.

The Jaguars were dominant on the road against the Texans, winning 29-7. They scored twice on defense and ultimately forced the Texans to turn to Deshaun Watson at quarterback who did throw his first touchdown pass of his career.

The Packers took home a nice win against the Seahawks late Sunday afternoon. Aaron Rodgers wasn’t his normal self, but the team did enough to pull out the eight-point win.

The Rams and Panthers were the most dominant winners on Sunday, winning by 37 and 20. Other winners include the Lions, Raiders, Eagles, and Bills among others.
